The images and the text engraved inside the crystal are made through a process of laser engrave. The first step is to obtain the image that you want to have inside the crystal. Second step is to digitalize the image (if is not already digital) and its digital retouch in case it was needed so that it can be transformed into a digital point cloud. The result is a 2D image that has around 3 million points. This image will be engraved point by point inside the special crystal that will have an unique luminosity and transparency using our high resolution laser.
Not all crystal is suitable for CristalPic applications. It must be optic crystal of the highest quality, free of impurity and imperfections. The Chemical composition of this kind of crystal guarantees a high level of luminosity and transparency which is a must to the proper reproduction of the images. Also, this high quality crystal prevents the engravement without bursts.

Yes, all our products have a total transport warranty and replacement in case of production mistakes. Lightning Bases and another crystal accesories are guaranteed for 12 months. CristalPic not responsible for loss or damage caused by falls, increases or decreases of the voltage, well as a misuse of our products by the user.
In case of imperfection of the product during the delivery, you will have to contact and inform the delivery agency in a period under 24 hours using the contact information that it shows on the delivery document. Once done that you will have to contact Time Gravity.
Yes, we ship our products to the entire Peninsula, Balearic, Canary Islands and also for the rest of the world.
Generally orders placed on-line to Peninsula and Balearic Islands after receiving the payment confirmation of the order, usually arrive in the period between 10 and 15 working days. There is also a form of urgent shipments, in this manner would be in a period between 3 and 4 days. This approach would cost an additional 20% on the total order cost.
